Our facility was designed and built to meet all cGMP standards. This world class validated manufacturing facility offers state-of-the-art solid dosage processing technologies. The segregated and environmentally controlled cGMP manufacturing zones facilitates logical and efficient workflows enabling production capacity of 3+ billion units annually. Production
The production process is executed by trained and qualified operators and technicians that ensure quality at each step of the manufacturing process.
The production process begins when Avéma releases a work order for a given product. The warehouse picks all of the approved quality control materials. Each product has a unique part number and batch record. Production executes all of the pertinent GMP's, SOP's and Work Instruction of our Quality System ensuring the quality, purity and potency of the product.
Research & Development
Avéma scientifically formulates and customizes OTC and nutritional products based on individual customer requirements and all FDA regulations.
Capabilities include complete solid systems formulation, such as, powders, tablets, chewable tablets, quick dissolve systems, two piece capsules, and more. The laboratory utilizes state of the art technologies and testing for all products to ensure quality and value to the customer. Complete pilot capabilities up to and including full scale production trials are available on any product. The equipment in the laboratory was specifically chosen to allow rapid transfer to production, minimizing start up times for product transfer.
