Our facility was designed and built to meet all cGMP standards. PL Developments’ world class, FDA compliant, validated manufacturing facility offers state-of-the-art solid dosage processing technologies. The segregated and environmentally controlled cGMP manufacturing zones facilitates logical and efficient workflows enabling production capacity of 5+ billion units annually. Flexible and functional processing rooms support the oral solid dosage production, which is executed by qualified operators and technicians that ensure quality at each step of the manufacturing process.

The facility uses the latest technology in blending, packaging, compression, coating, and encapsulation equipment for high quality products that meet or exceed FDA requirements and our customer expectations. The diverse mix of manufacturing equipment we use can produce a variety of prescription, Over-the-Counter pharmaceutical, and nutritional products.
