Our highly experienced sales and marketing team has over a century of combined experience in professional selling and marketing. Along with our many years of selling experience, we have a diverse background in merchandising, promotions, and servicing both Private Brand and Branded programs within numerous categories and in all classes of trade.

Our extensive experience uniquely positions PL Developments to serve the varied and evolving marketing needs of our customers. Whether it’s package design or shape, package count, or advising on the products themselves, we take a proactive approach to creating quality products and programs that best meet the needs of each client.

Brad Larson

VP Sales
About Brad
Brad Larson is VP of Sales overseeing PL Developments’ strategic, operational, and tactical details to drive growth for all PLD customers. Brad has more than 20 years experience in a variety of general management and commercial management positions in the chemical and healthcare industries at leading global companies including Pfizer and Union Carbide. Brad has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Marketing from Miami University.

Jennifer Gams

Director of Sales
About Jennifer
Jennifer is Director of Sales handling sales responsibilities for both Contract Services and Private Label accounts. She is also the point of contact for pharmaceutical clients and national brand drug makers who seek to manufacture and/or package an OTC product.

Tom Rizzo

Director of Sales
About Tom
Tom is Director of Sales developing strategic business partnerships between PLD and Private Label accounts. As our liaison to clients, he presents new products and services to clients with focus on growing and maintaining business. Tom has a BA in Biology from Adelphi University.

Frank Culotta

Account Manager
About Frank
Frank Culotta is an Account Manager at PL Developments focused on growing business at selected Private Label accounts. He holds a BA in Finance from St. John’s University.

Margo Wagner

Key Account Category Analyst
About Margo
Margo is the Key Account Category Analyst at Walmart and Sam’s Club for PL Developments. She has more than 20 years of experience in product analysis, sales, and distribution. Prior to PLD, Margo was the Business Development Director at the Hartz Mountain Corporation working directly with Walmart to grow their pet supply business both domestically and internationally. Margo graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing.

Brittany Grennan

Account Manager
About Brittany
Brittany is an Account Manager focused on growing business and managing sales
with selected Private Label accounts. She holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Tampa.
