She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration. Additionally, she is certified as a SHRM-SCP and SPHR.

With over 20 years of experience in HR, Claudia has worked across various industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Media & Entertainment. Her profound expertise in all HR areas enables her to establish people and organizational strategies that drive business results while fostering engagement and high-performance organizations. She has successfully led projects related to change management, cultural transformation, M&A, business turnaround, organizational design, staffing, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.

Claudia has developed a global mindset through international experiences, leading projects and diverse teams with responsibilities spanning North America, Latin America, and Australia. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Family is a key value for Claudia. She is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family in Key Biscayne, FL, doing outdoor activities, and traveling to various destinations.
