About Mitch
Mitch Singer is an original founder of P&L Development, LLC (PLD) and serves as Executive Chairman. He has played a defining role in transforming PLD from a small startup with no internal operations into a leading consumer healthcare organization serving major retail and healthcare brands.
Under Mitch’s leadership, PLD expanded its capabilities across manufacturing, packaging, product development, and marketing, becoming a trusted partner to leading private-label retailers and consumer healthcare companies. Today, PLD provides manufacturing and packaging solutions for over-the-counter (OTC) and nutritional products, as well as contract manufacturing and contract packaging services.
As Executive Chairman, Mitch continues to provide strategic leadership and guidance, helping shape PLD’s long-term vision and supporting the company’s continued growth. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation and long-term relationships remain an important part of PLD’s culture and success.
Mitch holds a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Queens College and pursued graduate studies at St. John’s University. He resides on Long Island with his wife, Linda, and remains actively involved in the Long Island business and philanthropic communities.
